Room service
This is available 24/7. Enjoy great food from the comfort of your bed or enjoy the stunning views from the balcony. Great range of food available. We also utilised their laundry service, which was brought back within a few hours, items neatly folded and some even hung up in our robe for us.

THE RESORT

Size The Resort is the largest building in Vanuatu at six stories high, with 74 rooms that all look out over Vila Bay and down to the pool and restaurant dining area below. As well as Crystals Restaurant, there is also an on-site Day Spa and a Casino. Keep your meal receipts as they count for credit in the casino.
Proximity to Town Right in the heart of Port Vila, within walking distance to shops, cafés, chemist, money exchange and ATMs.
Easy to find Very easy to find. It’s the biggest resort in the centre of Port Vila. All the local drivers know where to go.

Overall food rating: Delicious food at all times of day. We ate here numerous times during our stay and could not fault any of the food.

Presentation The whole resort is extremely well presented, luxurious and very clean. Extensive seating is available within reception, with most of it looking out over the swimming pool and Vila Bay. The casino interior reminds us of a James Bond type scenario, well worth a look.

Nearby Attractions 10min drive to the airport. Right in the heart of the shopping district. Walk to all tourist operators, and wait less than 30seconds for any taxi or bus to go past the front door.
