    THE HOTEL

Size: Set over 41 floors, there are three types of rooms to choose from, each with different levels of inclusions and varying views of either the Surfers coastline or city and mountains in the background. We stayed on Level 12, and really enjoyed the ocean and night light views. Level 27 contains the gym (good size, enough equipment and fantastic views of the ocean and city), residents lounge with TV areas, and an outside terrace with plenty of seating for a group as well as a BBQ. The rooftop on Level 41 has incredible views, with plenty of seating all around, and just a fantastic place to relax and watch the sunrise, sunset, or relax in the sun. Whale season would be fantastic from this resort!
Proximity to Town: About 3km north of Cavill Avenue in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Walk to the beach and shops, or only 5 minutes drive to major shopping centre and cinema.
    Easy to find: Yes

    RESORT FACILITIES

    Reception: 24-hour
    Tour Desk: Yes
    Concierge: No
    Currency Exchange: No
    Safety Deposit Box: No
Guest Laundry: Rooms all have their own laundry tub, washing machine and dryer
    Meeting Rooms: Yes
    Conference Rooms: Yes

    Check-in
    Queues: None
    Time Taken: 10 minutes
    Accuracy: Spot on
    Politeness: Smiles all round
    Newspaper offered: No

Car Parking: Yes. There is a 2.2m height limit. We have a lot of difficulty in other resorts because of having a 4WD, so this was a very pleasant surprise. You may have to get out of the car to swipe yourself in as some spots are tighter to manoeuvre.
    Cost: Nil
    Undercover: Yes
Secure: Yes. You will need a swipe key to get in and out
    Quantity: Plenty
    Size of Spaces: Normal
Proximity to reception: Not far to walk to the lifts

    Staff
    Friendliness: Very friendly
    Responsiveness to complaints: Nil complaints
    Helpfulness: Very helpful
Cleaners: We didn’t come across any cleaners during our stay

Presentation: Being brand new, the outside of the building is extremely nice, with a very modern look which extends into the lobby. There wasn’t any seating in the lobby area yet but furniture was being fitted during our stay so hopefully this will be coming for future guests during busier times. There are enough lifts to service plenty of guests, and all landscaping (ground floor and levels 27 and 41) is neat and tidy, not over the top.

    Fitness Activities
    Swimming Pool – Yes
    Tennis Court – No
    Gym – Yes
    Sauna – No

    SUITABILITY
The resort has strict policies on bucks/hens parties, schoolies, etc. which isn’t a problem as it keeps noise and any issues well away. If you have a group, it is a great place with common areas on levels 27 and 41 to meet. Conference facilities are available. We would suggest it is best for couples and business professionals. For long-term stays, it is close to all the Gold Coast has to offer, including theme parks, beaches, shopping centres, etc.

    LOCATION

Nearby Attractions: Within walking distance to Surfers Paradise Beach, and a 10min walk to Cavill Avenue with a number of shops, from high-end clothing to Woolworths for groceries. It is only a 5-minute drive from shopping centres with cinemas, and a 20-minute drive to all the Gold Coast’s theme parks. SeaWorld is only a 2-minute drive up the road.

OUR RATING: Loved our stay, and quite simply blown away by the views on the common areas on levels 27 and 41. We enjoy keeping fit so the gym was a bonus, well equipped, and definitely more enjoyable with the spectacular views. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
