“Original Gold Rush Colony – good to see but that’s it”
A very interesting collection of old-time relics from a real gold mining town. It’s like stepping back in time, and is fascinating to see how it all worked. We wouldn’t have wanted to pay too much more for entry, but was good to see. There was no food available to purchase at all, and we left after about an hour and a half, which was enough time to see everything there was. We paid to go in and they advertise tours at certain times but were told when we got there that the tours weren’t on which was disappointing.
