If you love to throw in a line while travelling, there’s nothing worse than thinking you’ve taken a great catch (or two or three!) only to get caught out by the local Fisheries Department. The rules and regulations differ from state to state, so make sure you’re on top of what fish you are allowed to catch, limits and whether you need a licence before setting out.
