“Good pasta, poor fatty steak was a letdown”
We have eaten here before and at other Hogsbreath, but this was the first meal that was a bit of a letdown. The vege pasta was delicious and a good size as usual, but the steak was very fatty, so much was left on the plate for that reason. We mentioned this upon paying and were given a discount accordingly which was appreciated, however as soon as we said there was an issue they said was it with the steak, so obviously we weren’t the first to say something in which case we thought it should have been addressed. Also didn’t appreciate the waiter asking if we wanted veges or salad with the pasta, as if it was included, and then charging us for them which we didn’t expect or wouldn’t have ordered them.
