“Good family day out”
With beautiful grounds, a great kids playground, and quite a few shops to wander through, we really enjoyed our morning here. It’s well worth a visit, though we would warn that you need to have patience when waiting for your food or drinks from the cafe – it took quite a while just for a tea and scones, and they definitely need to improve on this. Otherwise, the ginger scones were fantastic, and the flavoured ginger beer was delicious, though pricier than we would expect buying direct from the source. Would make a great place for a kids party.
