    Beachcomber Island: Beachcomber Island Resort

    “Stunning island paradise”

Beachcomber Island is a beautiful island with water colours so stunning you think they had food colouring added. It takes about 15 minutes to walk around the whole island. You can catch a boat here from Port Denarau or directly from the sister resort, Anchorage Beach Resort, which is on the other side of the harbour to Port Denarau Marina. You can do as much or as little as you want on the island – snorkel, swim, scuba dive, sunbake, eat and drink in the bar which comes complete with full sandy floor so you feel right at home. Lunch is served buffet style, with vegetarian options always included. Check whether the price for this is included in your day trip; if not, you will have to pay on arrival. You can base yourself on the island and take other trips out from here, and stay in the backpacker style accommodation or oceanfront bures with your own private hammock, deck and walk to the beach. It feels like you are a world away from anything here, but only a half hour boat ride to anything. The island is well known for its nightlife and party atmosphere, and spring breaks are very popular.
