    Dometic Sovereign BBQ

    Features

    • Removable plate and fat tray for ease of cleaning
    • Lockable lid for easy carriage
    • Adjustable steam vent in the lid and wind guards on each side of the plate to contain unwanted fat splatter
    • The BBQ plate is manufactured from 3CR12, a material that provides a superior cooking surface with excellent thermal conductivity and rust resistance
    • Internal components are quickly and easily removed for efficient cleaning and servicing
    • Combined rotary piezo ignition and heat control in one simple, user friendly and reliable control system
    • Suitable for use directly on table tops or on a drawer slide mechanism

    Why We Love It

What’s not to love in this versatile BBQ? It caters for all our cooking requirements – grill, roast, fry, oven – and is built as solid as you would expect from a well-known company like Dometic. Instead of having ours installed on a permanent slide at this point, we chose to go with the optional extra in a foldup BBQ stand. This suits our needs perfectly, as we don’t like to be restricted in where we can eat, and if you’re heading on a day trip and don’t happen to have your van with you, this makes it a perfect setup.
