    Installing Battery Drawer Slides

One of the things we decided we wanted to fit to our new caravan (or which you might choose to get installed as an inclusion if you’re in the market for a new van) is drawer slides. The rear of our Crusader has two hatches, and the lower of these contains our dual battery setup. This is also a perfect spot for an Inverter if you choose to have one installed with your new van.

The Black Widow BS-1 Dual Battery Slide was an easy choice. It auto-locks in and out, is incredibly stable and built to last. Added to that, it comes from a company that is 100% Australian owned that uses only products made in Australia. After touring their factory in New Gisborne, Victoria, we were impressed by their entire setup, from the strict quality control and assurance checks to the cleanliness of the factory. This is a company that really takes pride in all aspects of their business. They offer a 21-day money back guarantee as well as lifetime warranties on a large range of their products.

Installation of the slide into our rear hatch took about an hour, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the setup.

    Specs
    RRP: $299.00
    Internal tray size (mm): 188W x 706L x 50H
    Overall dimensions (mm): 254W x 718L x 79H

Check out their full range at http://www.bwidow.com.au/caravan-accessories.htm.
